Enable achieves ISO 44001 certification
22 December 2022
Enable are delighted to round off 2022 – an exciting year – having achieved certification in ISO 44001: Collaborative Business Relationships.
This internationally recognized standard demonstrates our commitment to collaboration – one of our core values – and shows that we operate openly and constructively to create value with our partners, suppliers, clients, and internally.
The certification process required evidence of our culture and practices in areas such as staff behaviour, team culture, project delivery, and internal systems. For example, our partnership with West Midlands Trains on the Soho Depot project in Birmingham was highlighted during the certification process.
Daniel Wiscombe, Preconstruction Director, who oversees collaborative working, said: “This has been a significant accomplishment and underlines the importance of collaboration to our group and aligns us more than ever with the needs and wants of our clients and customers. I’d like to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication, particularly Eloise Blaxall, our Compliance Manager, for her determination and sterling efforts in shepherding us through the formal process.”
Eloise Blaxall, Compliance Manager, added: “Collaboration is a key value at Enable and being involved in the formalization of this has been invaluable for the business and for supporting everyone working on behalf of the group to carry out and recognize the principles of collaboration in our work.”
At Enable, we are committed to surpassing the highest standards and regularly undergo compliance processes, audits, and assurance procedures to showcase this commitment. These practices enable us to provide infrastructure for our clients, partners, and society at large and underpin the value we generate in doing so.
